Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  2. Maintain filing systems, ensuring records are organized and accessible.
  3. Assist with inventory management and supply orders for departments.
  4. Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to appropriate departments.
  5. Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning or any other tasks assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or its equivalent.
2. With at least 1 year of working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
3. Strong oral and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
