Requirements & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Tech-savvy, or willing to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Comfortable following structured processes and procedures.
Experience in admin tasks, coordination, or customer support is an advantage.
Previous experience in training or team coordination is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable with phone and email communication when needed.
At least 2 years in college or equivalent work experience.
Relevant work experience preferred, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
