Key Responsibilities:
Office Support
- Handle filing, reports, presentations, and meeting setups
- Organize both digital and physical files
- Manage accounts, inventory, and records
- Assist with report creation and updates
Remote Support
- Assist with onboarding remote employees
- Set up virtual meetings and celebrations
- Support daily HR tasks and document prep
HR Records
- Keep employee records accurate and organized
Training Assistance
- Help prepare training materials and sessions.
