Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support such as data encoding, document creation, and record organization.
Translate written communications, including documents and emails, between Japanese and English.
Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and Japanese-speaking clients or partners.
Organize and schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Draft and compile reports, presentations, and other essential office documents as required.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence in both English and Japanese, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
