• Bachelor’s degree in Business English, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative support or general affairs; a background in office management is a plus.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Can able to speak and write mandarin language
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in General Affairs or equivalent in a Manufacturing industry
