HR Assistant will coordinate adverts/candidates; vet/prepare documents and manage hard copies; execute basic applications, vet invoices; initiate renewals; execute e-surveys, immerse in day-to-day consultant life – client work, client communications and operational assistance.

- Adverts - coordinate adverts for renewal or job promotion.
- Candidates -vet review list data and coordinate interviews.
- Documents - vet documents, coordinate submission preparations and manage hard copies.
- HR
- Benefit Invoices and Renewals - vet invoices and initiate plan renewals.
- Government Surveys - draft e-surveys and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) report.
- Core Assistance
- Client Work - partner with consultants.
- Operations - manage trackers and review consultant’s timesheet.
