Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Legal and Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage sensitive documents and workflows with a high degree of confidentiality. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of cross-functional administrative processes in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Sales Operations teams, including document preparation, file management, and contract tracking.
  • Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in scheduling follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Handle incoming requests for document reviews, approvals, and updates to legal and sales records.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, proposals, and compliance-related materials.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an IT, legal, or sales environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or document management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
