-Receiving and screening phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
-Produce and distribute correspondence letters, requirements and forms
-Handling and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
-Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
-Maintaining electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Respond to bank correspondences ( circular, personalized correspondence, debit/credit memo, reversal of charges, and process application of bank compliance
-Providing general support to Executives
-Checking and posting on social media daily
-Replying to Inquiries, complaints and sending clients a quotations daily
-Providing general work for including deliveries, admin works, payables, receivables and bookkeeping, etc.
-Monthly Issuance (suppliers, credit cards, rentals, utilities, salaries, etc.)
-Maintain and re-stock office supplies as needed
-Monitor and use office equipment and materials (computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, physical files, etc.)
-Arrange and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management, including coordinating calendars and securing meeting spaces
