Job Description
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Process requisition of office supplies, PPE, and admin supplies thru Ariba
- Coordinate timely delivery of request with suppliers/BPG
- Organize and schedule calendars, meeting, and appointmets and transcribe minutes of the meetings
- Coordinate area-level concern to various departments
- Disseminate management announcement to organization
- Preparation of Personnel Requisition for manning balances
- Identify programs needed e.g., training, skills development, and seminars
- Maintains proper filing of all business documents
