Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Administration Assistant to provide remote administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy. Prior experience in a virtual assistant or administrative role is essential.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data entry, intermediate to advanced formulas).
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud storage management.
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
