POSITION: Admin Assistant/Analyst
SITE LOCATION: Amaia Scapes Cavite
• Draft, proofread, and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
• Assist in Maintaining and updating office records, files, and databases.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for department staff when necessary.
• Assist in the processing of cash advances and liquidation of project and corporate card expenses
• Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Provide support during events, seminars, or training sessions organized by the department.
• Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal or external stakeholders.
• Assist and Consultancy and Valuation requirements such as data gathering from time to time
