Job Description

The Assistant Admin Officer & Property Custodian plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient administrative operations and proper management of bank assets. This position is responsible for overseeing office administration, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably male with valid Driver’s License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, property management, or banking operations.
• Basic knowledge of bank policies, asset management, and office administration best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
