Job Description

Position Title : Administrative Assistant I
Monthly Salary : Php 19,365.00 

       Service/Section : HOPSS/HRMO

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection process of all Medical and Ancillary Positions
  • Provides assistance in the processing of Administrative and Finance Services and Nursing Services;
  • Updates Applicant Database/Tracker for Ancillary Positions.
  • Prepares the Schedule of Applicants for Technical Exam and Neuro-Psych Screening 
  • preparation of other relevant reports as required
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned

       Service/Section : HOPSS/QUALITY MANAGEMENT OFFICE

  • Responsible For Overseeing and Managing the Document Information Associated with Uthe Quality Management System
  • Monitors Document Control Procedures, Addressing Any Discrepancies
  • Prepares Routine Correspondence, Endorsement, Reports, Memoranda and Other Official Documents as Directed
  • Preparation Of Other Relevant Reports as Required
  • Performs Other Related Functions That May Be Assign

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATION : Completion of two (2) years of studies in college or Highschool graduate w/ relevant vocational/trade course
