Job Description

Position Title : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II 
Monthly Salary : Php 20,534.00

       Service/Section : HOPSS/IHOMP

  • Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of DV/BUR facility (Disbursement Voucher and Budget Utilization Request Facility)
  • Programming Deployment of System Updates to the Production Server, Performing Database Back Up)
  • Providing User Support for System Functional, Operational and Technical Issues
  • Assist in other administrative duties
  • complies and maintains simple control of records for safe keeping and ready reference
  • process incoming documents upon receipts
  • performs other related functions as may be assigned 

    Service/Section : FINANCE SERVICE/ BILLING AND CLAIMS SECTION

  • Responsible in Verification of PhilHealth Member/Dependent Eligibility 
  • Checking and Summarizing of Patients charges and preparation of statement of account  
  • Assist in other administrative duties
  • Complies and maintains simple control of records for safe keeping and ready reference
  • Process incoming documents upon receipts
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned 

Qualifications/Requirements

EDUCATION : Completion of two (2) years of studies in college or high school graduate w/ relevant vocational/trade course

WORK EXPERIENCE: One (1) year of relevant experience

TRAINING: Four (4) hours of relevant training

ELIGIBILITY : CS sub professional/1st level eligibility
