Job Description

  • Back Office support for the Sales & Technical Team.
  • Monitoring Makati team budget and processing team reimbursement.
  • Reproduce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized filing system, assisting and coordinating with the sales & technical team for required documentation by clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Gathering and processing research data from the Sales & Technical Team.
  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
  • Assisting with inventory control.
  • Office maintenance (cleanliness, acquisition of office supplies as required, etc.)
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Maintain all (call, email) log inquiries.
  • Organize travel arrangements for sales and technical team.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College level or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology (IT) or related field.
  • At least one (1) year relevant experience and or knowledge on the industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills.
