Job Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Resort Manager, ensuring efficient operation of the resort. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document management, and coordination of resort activities. Facilitate communication between departments and help maintain organized and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Resort Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
2. Draft, edit, and distribute emails, letters, and reports as needed by the Resort Manager.
3. Maintain accurate records, organize files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
4. Serve as a liaison between the Resort Manager and staff, ensuring clear and timely communication.
5. Assist in planning and coordinating events or meetings, including logistics and follow ups.
6. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and summaries for the Resort Manager.
7. Occasionally assist with guest inquiries and requests, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate departments.
8. Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for the Resort Manager.
9. Ensure the office of the Resort Manager is well-organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
