Performance of a variety of tasks involved the efficient and effective handling of telephone calls both incoming and outgoing, company guests/ visitors, various inquiries, and other office clerical details.
• Attends to telephone calls (both outgoing and incoming); answers inquiries and/or refers/ transfers such calls to right parties; otherwise, notes down detailed information and relays same to appropriate party.
• Greets visitor/s, ascertains nature of business; politely answers inquiries and/or provides proper assistance and/ or conducts such visitor/s to right parties.
• Compiles Death Certificates; checks/ complete information; coordinates with the permit clerk in securing transfer permits, burial permits, and/ or certified true copies etc. from appropriate local civil registries; provides certified true copies as required by family/ clients.
• Informs Customer Care Director regarding updates/remarks for control board and updates registry book on a daily basis.
• Attends to/prepares/ and makes follow-ups on the needs of family clients.
• Types correspondence, memos, obituary notices, and the like.
• Operates office machines, such as computers/ fax machines/ typewriters.
• Handles control and filing of first call cards, and certified true copies of death certificates.
• Performs related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
