Job Description

Overview of work:
• Clerical tasks
• Provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations to specific areas of responsibilities like assisting foreign students, monitoring visa, monitoring class schedules, giving assistance between and among the departments 

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Preferably a degree holder with a major in Administration, management, or any related field.
* Knowledge in processing government documents, good and confident in communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
* Application letter
* Updated resume
Photocopy of the following:
Diploma and Official Transcript of Records (OTR)
PSA Birth Certificate; Marriage Certificate if married
Certificate of employment (if available); Relevant certificates
2 pcs. passport size ID pictures
Health certificate from Baguio Health Department and work permit from City of Baguio
