Job Description

ACCOUNTING ADMIN VA

Bank and credit card accounts reconciliation

Customer invoicing

Checking of account emails

Keeping clients’ documentation of financial transactions

Preparing related reports and summaries

Doing other bookkeeping and reporting tasks as needed

DIGITAL MEDIA ADMIN VA

Creating engaging video or graphic content using various computer software and programs

Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and best practices to maximize efficiency

Performing back office processes

Performing general admin tasks

Keeping and organizing documents

Performing basic research

GENERAL ADMIN VA

Performing back office processes

Performing general admin tasks

Keeping and organising documents

Data entry and database management

Performing basic research

Making and receiving calls – when applicable

Social media management – when applicable

Qualifications/Requirements

Excellent verbal and written English skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
Tech-savvy or has the ability to work with technology
Ability to follow clear processes consistently
