POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (1 vacancy)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Performs as liaison between departments, vendors, and external partners;
  • Oversee contract negotiations, monitor vendor performance, and facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Implement and improve office procedures and policies;
  • Coordinate with finance department on procurement and office-related expenditures;
  • Support executives in managing meetings, presentations, and travel arrangements;
  • Must possess a basic level of Mandarin speaking ability 

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have college diploma or its equivalent;
  • Ability to handle office operations, personnel supervision, budgeting and procurement 
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests at any given time;
  • Knowledge of Mandarin language and know how to write Chinese characters;
  • Must possess excellent analytical and accounting skills and deal effectively with business contacts both inside and outside the office.
