POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager (1 Vacancy)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Employees Engagemento Conduct regular employees connects and one on one discussions, Drive Top Talent andLeadership Connects for the Account, Conduct Skip Level Meetings
- Partner with internal compensation and Benefits team and with other stakeholders to meet the
business goals and achieve synergy over plan period
· Career Management
- Enable career movements for employees in the location and create awareness of career paths
- Drive execution of talent management processes in the location and anchor central HR processes-HR initiatives, Talent Enablement programs at the geo/group level
· Partner with account heads and business to support business strategy and provide HR support for aligned projects
· Provide guidance in terms of employment laws for the Geo/country, handle breaches of employment law
· Anchor special projects, central initiatives, and employee’s benefits cycle (Promotions, MSI and Annual Appraisal etc) at the location level
· Work on various people initiatives, design, and execute new programs towards better employee experience
· Partner with diverse teams, leaders across location to deliver HR strategies & solutions
· Drive employees engagement survey, action plan to aid in improving employee experience
· Collaborative with stakeholders in formulating Incentive Programs
· Learning and Development – Ensuring 100% training coverage of employees in the location
· HR Metrics and Compliance: Tracking of end-to-end compliance for the unit. Ensuring timely reporting and SLA adherence defined in MSA
