General Function- This position shall be responsible for the documentation procedures required for Bank Financing, Pagibig Financing, conversion to Inhouse Financing with case to case field work.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Communicates directly with buyers via walk-in, email, SMS, letter
• Assist with buyer’s inquiries and concerns relative to external financing, conversion to Inhouse,
title transfer of external financing
• Prepares documents such as the Contract to Sell and Deed of Absolute Sale
• Assist with facilitating document signing with the client
• Coordinate with banks, Pagibig, relevant Local Government Units (BIR, Registry of Deeds,
Assessor’s Office)
• Case to case field work that require travelling to banks, Pagibig, relevant Local Government
Units (BIR, Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, etc.)
• Coordinates with various functional units to process the documents necessary such as the
audited SOA, CTS, DAS, LOG, title transfer, etc.
• Computes and collects the loan difference, Real Property Tax and Registration Fee
• Provides high quality support on technical business and operational inquiries/systems in a
professional timely manner for internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow agreed communication guidelines, protocols and policies.
