Job Qualification:
1. Efficiently manage documentation, reporting, client coordination, billing, collection, and compliance to ensure accurate records and seamless transactions.
2. Ability to handle clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
3. Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in billing, collection, or client account management, documentation, loan processing, and accounts receivables, within the real estate or a related field.
Educational qualification:
• Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
