Ensure sales quota/budget is met
Maintain good relationships with the assigned brokers & direct accounts.
Tracks sales pipeline and ensures that agreed TAT on quotation and policy issuance are met.
Responsible for premium collection based on assigned brokers and direct clients.
Assists brokers and clients with their claims, if and when necessary.
Provides sales reports and performance of the assigned brokers.
Ensures that policies and quotes sent are correct.
Visits assigned brokers regularly.
Drive sales by engaging with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions from the company's suite of products.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
Working Conditions:
Office environment, frequent travel to client sites may be required.
