This position is a requirement of Metro Drug, Inc., a Zuellig Pharma company in the Philippines. This role will handle accounts management for a key drugstore chain.
- Strengthen relationship with key customers by identifying and attending effectively to each specific Key Account needs
- Enhance relationship with Clients by continuously improving business and providing early visibility of needs and concerns
- Achievement of sales target and KPIs in the assigned sales channel
- The Key Account Manager will handle the following activities - order process monitoring; back orders (out of stock); management of near expiry products in the chain; communication of product deals, promos and discounts; returns management; channel sales development and business analysis; timely feedback on product related concerns
- Coordination with internal departments to address key customer concerns
