Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for growing the account
• Takes care of Profit & Loss Statement for the account
• Keeps track of key performance indices for the account
• Oversees cost and collections for the account
• Ensures proper project delivery and support capability of the account
• Builds relationships with clients
• Looks for new clients to add to the account
• Works with Sales and Marketing to generate leads for the account
• Carries out strategies to sustain, retain, and grow existing accounts
• Manages, coaches, and guides all the resources under the account
• Sets direction & priorities of the entire account
• Empowered to hire/manage staffing – following HR Guidance & BU Head approval
• Creates a training & development plan for their people – with guidance from HR
• Fosters team camaraderie and fellowship
• Carries out Market Research and Competitive Benchmarking
• Works with Product Managers to create a product roadmap
• Creates, Designs, and Refines Pricing & Packaging options - together with BU Head
• Simplifies operational processes and applies best practices across the account – with guidance from PMO

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 2years experience working as IT account manager
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven skills in Project Management and High-level Technical know-how
