ACCOUNTS MANAGER

(SHIFT MANAGER, PREMIUM SERVICE)

• To oversee and give support to the overall operations of the department during each work shift. 
• To conduct briefing to relate general or operational information or any new instructions to the hosts. 
• Identify potential players to build up good rapport to drive incremental visits to our venue. 
• Monitoring and approving complimentary items offered to players in accordance with company guidelines and policy. 
• To assist with providing solutions and service recovery regarding guests’ and important issues that raised by on-floor hosts. 
• Maintaining cohesive relationships with other departments; maintaining professional and correct communication with other departmental staff.
