SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS – CALL CENTER

Job Description:

- Oversees daily Call Center operations, managing and guiding call center managers. Handles training, resource planning, and performance optimization. Analyzes call center metrics to improve efficiency.

Monthly Gross Salary: ₱150,000 - ₱499,999

Work location: LEVEL 1-3 TOWER 5 SM CITY FAIRVIEW-BPO TOWER QUIRINO HIGHWAY COR REGALADO AVE. GREATER LAGRO 1100 QUEZON CITY NCR, SECOND DISTRICT, PHILIPPINES

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 8 or more years of call center experience in collections/sales/customer service/technical support.
  • 2 or more years of managing managers experience.
