JOB DESCRIPTION
*Manage day-to-day communication with Mandarin-speaking clients via email, phone, and video conferencing.
*Understand client needs and coordinate internally to deliver customized solutions.
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
*Monitor client account performance and provide regular reports and updates.
