Job Description

  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery. 
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences. 
  • Oversee the deployment and performance of personnel at client establishments. 
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. recruitment, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong client relationship management and accounting management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. 
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of staffing industry and recruitment best practices. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
