  • Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and long-term relationship building.
  • Sales & Account Growth – Support upselling and cross-selling efforts, identify expansion opportunities, and assist senior account managers in executing growth strategies.
  • Project & Service Coordination – Manage client projects, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure deliverables align with client goals and company objectives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
