Sell IMVI Solutions products and services to existing and potential clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Manage your assigned accounts to meet and exceed sales quotas set by management.
Provide expert solutions by analyzing customer needs and recommending the best fit for their requirements.
Attend product training and participate in sales events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
Serve as the primary contact point for all customer account management needs, ensuring exceptional service.
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
Oversee the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Communicate project progress and key metrics (sales results, forecasts) to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and propose solutions to meet sales quotas.
Develop sales forecasts and track key account metrics to measure performance.
Prepare reports and documentation on account status, keeping your supervisor informed.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow new sales opportunities within your territory.
Assist with resolving challenging client requests or issue escalations.
Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, calls, and other forms of communication to maintain strong client relationships.
Complete and submit all necessary paperwork to your supervisor and company officers.
