Job Description

Our US Partner has remained one of the Tri-State's leading providers of Business Insurance, Personal Insurance, and Financial Services since 1959.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager Assistant with a P&C (Property and Casualty) license for both personal and commercial lines. This role will provide essential support to our Account Managers, assisting in the management of client accounts and the execution of insurance strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the renewal process for personal and commercial lines of insurance.
  • Read and interpret insurance policies to ensure they meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Process change requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work with multiple insurance company websites to obtain quotes and rate policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and policy changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance
  • Maintain the nonpayment procedure for both departments
  • Assist with policy renewals, changes, and understanding their coverage options
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless client service
  • Utilize Applied EPIC or similar systems to manage client accounts and policy information.
  • Stay updated with system upgrades and new features to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license for personal and commercial lines
  • 5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred, it is not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate strong proficiency and knowledge
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or a similar insurance operating system
  • Proficient in rating insurance policies through multiple insurance company websites
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
