Job Description

The Senior Account Manager entails building and maintaining sales within corporate accounts while ensuring extensive coverage of the assigned area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain sales in corporate accounts.
  • Develop a sales call list and route plan to maximize coverage of the assigned area.
  • Continuously update and report the account funnel database with new customers and the status of deals.
  • Create and conduct product proposals, demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Achieve sales targets and commitments by demonstrating high-level performance and driving issues to closure without compromising quality and timeliness.
  • Attend initial sales meetings and meet with the client.
  • Determine a client's business requirements and assess whether the products being considered are suitable.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the management of corporate accounts in the assigned area.
  • Provide proactive customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Participate in the end-to-end delivery of products and services to clients, including product presentation, delivery, and implementation of after-sales services.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in a business-related course.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the telecommunications (Telco) industry.
  • Exposure to selling IT products is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written business communication skills.
  • Possess a proven track record in sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy sales team environment and work collaboratively.
  • Exhibit positive and energetic phone and listening skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in negotiation.
  • Excel in cold calling to arrange meetings with potential clients for new business prospecting.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation skills.

Remarks

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
