Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing account plans to meet revenue targets and client objectives.
• Building rapport with clients through regular communication and meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
• Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborating with the sales team to maximize revenue.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
• Resolving client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Male or Female
• Graduate of any degree course
• Preferably with sales experience; fresh graduate may apply.
• Good communication skills and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knows how to drive and must have a driver’s license.
