Job Summary: Responsible to facilitate network and business development as well as account management relating to the product.
Ensure the attainment of sales and target given. (Closes new accounts).
Propose and implement sales plans and programs to achieve sales target.
Gather and analyze information about the market and the industry.
Initiates and conducts field activity align with the target through conducting sales presentations to corporate accounts to gather more leads or prospects.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Push for repeat sales transactions and sales growth year on year.
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. (Maintains rapport with customers)
Point person for after-sales service required by the customer.
Facilitates marketable discussions, sales calls, supply and price negotiations.
Ensures the smooth order to billing and collection process.
Coordinate business requirements with the support groups.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentation to the management. (Sales report, Status reports including activity, closing, follow-up and etc.)
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedbacks within retail and field activity.
Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
