Account Executive
You are an Account Executive, a champion in your field. As part of the A-team, your role plays an important part in our success.
Your tasks for the day include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging in team selling (at times)
• Upgrade and upsell existing freemium or tiered customers through outbound • Lead sales cycle including opportunity sourcing (prospecting), consultation, pricing, and contract negotiation through deal close
• Guide clients through the upgrade path/motion, focusing on customers at a low package
• Handle a transactional sales cycle within 2 weeks, particularly with existing users • Engage existing users through outbound calls and emails
• Maintain pipelines and Salesforce, with an emphasis on heavy email and outbound calls
• Meet or exceed sales objectives
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior executives and business champions
• Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close
• Prospect and identify accounts within campaign’s base that are ready for consolidation, running complex sales situations and sales campaigns
• Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities, challenges, and provide recommended solutions
• Keep informed of product line, competition, and business trends
• Collaborate with key cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing with a customer-centric lens Consistent to our goal as an organization.
