Job Summary:
Ensures that the company is compliant with all relevant taxes and government requirements and ensures company readiness for audit.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Diligent and timely compliance to tax and government-related requirements
- Keep updated on BIR tax policies and advise management on recommended actions on tax and audit matters
- Maintenance, organization, and storage of financial records
- Analyze issues and provide recommendations to improve financial systems
- Coordinate with internal/external parties, particularly BIR and other government agencies to process transactions
- Conduct financial review, audit, and reconciliation
- Support general accounting activities
- Prepare monthly management reports
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in accountancy and other related courses
- Certifications/professional licensure / driver’s license, etc. CTT (Certified Tax Technician)
- With at least one year of experience
- Open to fresh graduates—newly license
