Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients through calls and email, assisting with system navigation and data entry
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide timely and detailed updates on the status of cases
  • Document issue resolution processes for future reference and analysis


Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues, interpret data and find effective solutions
  • Technical skills: Data analysis; Basic knowledge of SQL/Database Querying
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize issues based on urgency, and meet deadlines.
