Verifies the reports to be submitted to BIR and PEZAcks the completeness and correctness of accounting records and monthly schedules done by Assistants
Coordinates with banks and answering inquiries regarding the Company’s financial matters
Responsible to Fixed Asset Management
Prepare consolidation report quarterly & annually for Management and Headquarters
Prepare the monthly closing schedules for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank balances, Accruals, Fixed-Assets, inventory etc.
Checks the completeness and correctness of accounting records and monthly schedules done by Assistants
Creates, checks and posts bank statements and journal in accounting system
Verifies the reports to be submitted to BIR and PEZA
