ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
• Manage and supervise accounting staff, providing training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
