  • In charge of GL and CAS Module in ERP Migration - UAT and Live Environment
  • Prepare journal entries relating to amortization, depreciation, accruals, and provisions and ensure that it aligns with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards / Philippine Accounting Standards
  • Ensures that the financial data collated, journalized, and summarized is accurate. Conducts audit consistent with the preparation and presentation of the needed reports
  • Support the Monthly and Annual Closing processes into the company’s accounting ledger
  • Prepare and Update the GL section’s Process flow and procedure and integrate the Systems Manual into the process.
  • Preparation of worksheets/ documentations and procedures as may be deemed required by System Migration, or automation of current Manual process thru the use of dashboards.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Adjustment
  • Preparation of pertinent schedules and worksheets as may be required by BIR and BOI audit.
  • Preparation of Quarterly VAT Returns
  • Preparation of BIR 1601-E
  • Preparation of BIR 1601-C
  • Preparation of SAWT - Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes
  • Preparation of Alphalist of Employees - 1604 C/F
  • Preparation of Quarterly Income Tax Return
  • Preparation of Annual Income Tax Return / Audited FS Schedules
  • Annual Registration of Books 
  • Annual Registration of Books 
  • Maintenance of BIR Relief
  • Summary List of Sales and Purchases
  • Annual Benefits Report and Annual Tax Incentives Report
  • BOI Form S1 schedules
  • Provide assurance that financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Must have at least 1-3 years of work experience in Accounting and/or Auditing
Preferably knowledgeable in SAP ERP
Must have experience in auditing, financial consolidation, and in handling big corporate accounts
Must have high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Must have sound and accurate judgment
Must have the ability to speak effectively and present narrative description
Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
Must have a high level of integrity
