RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitors spending and collection, making sure that company has a budget for day-to-day operations.
2. Analyzes financial trends and make suggestions to management if needed.
3. Process monthly government compliance and monitoring of loans ( SSS,HDMF,Philhealth), Updates of employees .Registration or records
in SSS,PH and HDMF and BIR TIN (Approx. less than 30 employees)
4. E-BIR Filing of 1601-C Computes and Process Monthly KPI, allowances & Sales Incentives.
5. Checking of Payroll per cut-off Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
6. Prepares cash vouchers and post expenditures into General Ledger computer system.
7. Monitoring of advances and re-checking of liquidated expenses.
8. Performs bank reconciliation and provides bank balance report.
9. Provides financial reports.
10. Assist in collections and receivables.
11. Assist in preparation of payroll.
12. Knowledgeable, has deep understanding and Application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
13. Other task assigned by the Manager related to work whenever necessary.
