Job Description

Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Company’s general accounting records that involve cash transactions.
  • Checking the accuracy and completeness of required documents to be attached to all requests for payment and liquidation of expenses paid for in cash.
  • Preparation of cash vouchers and posting in Cash Receipts and Disbursement Book.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT Return applications. 
  • Preparation of Request for Payment for Meralco, SPC Water District, BIR Withholding Tax – Expanded, BIR – Quarterly VAT, and other related payments for company utilities and BIR-related compliances. 
  • Reproduce and attach supporting documents to each BIR Form No. 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) issued to Payees/Suppliers. 
  • Perform all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • Knowledgeable in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and operating reports
  • Equipped in MS Word and MS Excel
