1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
2. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and
objectives.
3. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders.
4. Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual
forecasts).

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Chinese Proficiency Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building
relationships.
3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
