ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Head Office – Baguio City
No. of Vacancy: 1

Job Purpose: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including managing the accounting team.
1. Oversee all accounting operations, manage the accounting team, ensure compliance with PFRS, CAS, and local regulations, and maintain financial accuracy.
2. Prepare financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and support CFO in meetings.
3. Ensure timely accounting close, regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC), and audit readiness.
4. Lead financial analysis, improve reporting efficiency, and coordinate with the Funding Team for interim financial requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualification:
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), Computerized Accounting System (CAS) compliance, and other local financial regulations.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and regulatory compliance (BIR, SEC, and other government agencies).
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably QNE, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong background in managing audits, both internal and external, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Ability to oversee accounting operations, manage teams effectively, and ensure timely financial close processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with branches, department heads, banks, and auditors.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Educational qualification:
• Graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or financial management.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
