Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Does the daily activity of Sales, Audit, Billing,
Accounts Payables, RS and Inventory section in Accounting
2 Checking of Sales Audit Book (SAB)
- Ensures accuracy of recording of transactions, accounting entries and
adjustments in the sales audit book and cash receipts books.
- Checking of shortages/overages report of FE personnel
- Checking of Liquidation Reports of Concessionaires
- Checking of Charge Invoice slips for billing
- Checking of Accounts Payables/RS
- Checking of Merchandise/Supplies Inventory reports
- Checking of CRB sales/FASRS
3 Prepares the following reports :
- Monthly rentals and beverages charges to tenants
- Monitoring Inventory of beverage on a monthly basis
- Monthly reporting of departmental sales.
