Job Description

Be part of our Dynamic and Collaborative PHILINSURE Team.

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting and Admin Associate role.

Position Description & Scope of Work:
  • Accounting and Admin related functions.
  • Assist in preparing and filing of tax returns, forms, and other government mandated reports including business tax, tax clearance and SEC filing.
  • Scanning and filing of vouchers with complete supporting documents.
  • Timely monitoring and purchasing of pantry and cleaning supplies.
  • Monitoring of accountable forms (OR, PR, CR and PCV) for all Strategic Business Units (SBUs).
  • Filing of administrative files including but not limited to company cars and insurance coverages, etc.
  • Assist and perform any accounting and admin related tasks.
  • Other assigned tasks and duties as required.

Qualifications/Requirements

General Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BA/BS degree, preferably in business/management/marketing or a project management/communications-related course.
  • Good project and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Strong analytical skills e. Organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Above average communication skills both oral & written.
  • Attentive to details and very keen on specifics on documentation.
  • Able to think out of the box.
