  • Operational
    • Syncs daily uploaded sales of cafes and performs incoming payments in ERP System.
    • Reconciles sales and payments from delivery partners such as food panda, grab and pa Maya.
    • Prepares and submits monthly ranking of products sold per category.
    • Prepares and submits reconciled monthly sales report of cafes.
    • Prepares and submits monthly void reports, discount reports, complimentary reports and free item reports/transaction by café.
    • Ensures timely submission of Certified Monthly Sales Report of JW café to SM.
    • Assists cafes in Point of Sale-related queries of outlet and café attendants, cashiers, and/or supervisors.
    • Updates product prices and promos in POS of cafes and outlets.
    • Set-up data of new products in POS that includes product name, prices, category and printer setting.
    • Ensures products available on sale are always updated (change in price or inactivation).
    • Ensures sales and collections from banquet events (where branch are involved) are properly recorded and collected.
    • Monitors banquet events of marketing.
    • Tracks and monitors Gift Certificates issued by marketing.
    • Assists in month-end closing activities.
    • Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.
    • Administration
    • Ensures confidentiality of records and reports.
    • Contributes to formulating accounting manual for branch policies and procedures.
    • Attends training and development sessions designed for the department and for the company as a whole. 

Qualifications/Requirements


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or any financial course
