Job Summary:
Performs administrative activities pertaining to the accounts receivable functions particularly preparing the active accounts report and SL-GL reconciliation of various accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checks the sold, reserved and open for sale units for active accounts report used in revenue recognition.
- Reconciles Accounts Receivable and Customers’ deposits accounts’ GL with SL.
- Checks cancellation computations and preparation of adjusting entry.
- Handles reversal of customers’ deposits of new sold units.
- Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
